About Us

Sweet Bee Flower Farm is a small flower farm tucked away in the woods near beautiful Manistee, Michigan. We grow beautiful dahlias along with a variety of other flowers for bouquets, small events, DIY weddings, and for the first time we will be offering a few U-cut dates! I am also a novice dahlia breeder and will be spending more of my time on breeding good quality cut flower varieties. We do not use any pesticides or herbicides here on our flower farm as we protect our pollinators, and you’ll find plenty of those on our flowers, especially honey bees. We started beekeeping a few years ago and we added 2 new hives last spring. I just hope they make the winter. We treasure all of our pollinators and there is nothing cuter than finding a bumble bee sleeping in the dahlias early in the morning, or seeing the Monarch butterflies as the day warms up.
